While watching the Ted Talk video I realized that I'm a Rapid Learner. I realize that because everything I observe I have to touch and I'm also not afraid to step out of my comfort zone. The moment I discovered my purpose would be the time I told my mom that I can work two jobs and still be a full time High School student. She took my word for it and I've been working both jobs for six months. And that's when I realized I was more than what I thought I was . . . . I'm More and I'm a Rapid Learner.

After watching the Ted Talk video a few times, I discovered that I am a Rapid Learner. As long as I can see how something is done and/or how it works, I can master it. Being that I was the youngest dancer on my dance team, I was assigned to dance with age groups 6-8. After I mastered the techniques of age groups 6-8, I found myself learning age groups 9-11, and 12-15 techniques also. I then asked my dance coach if I could perform with all three dance groups. Even though I knew it was a big task, I was fine with stepping out of my comfort zone. I enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone, trying many different things and challenging myself, therefore I believe that I am a Rapid Learner.

Congrats,on being a rapid learner, but to me you have some qualities of a adaptability person too, as well. For example, you morph yourself, to dance with any age group you want. Giving you the ability to fit in anything that society will throw your way. These superpowers will help us function as 21 century global students. Also, will help us fulfill our purposes in life. A quote by Eleanor Roosevelt," The purpose of life is to live it,to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience."

While I was watching Ted Talk I was realizing that I'm a Rapid Learner. I told my mom the end on last month that I wanted to work at fedex and she told me that the boxes are heavy. I had to realize that I had to go in at 6 everyday and get off at 12 midnight. I would have been tired everyday so I had to choose what I wanted to do. Like, if I wanted to be tired everyday and carry heavy boxes or not do it and choose something else. I had to choose what was important in my life. So I am a Rapid Leaner.

After watching the Ted Talk video I realized that I'm a rapid learner. Everything I look at or observe I have to touch on it or get a feel on it. I had to work and I had to play basketball. It wasn't an easy task to perform without being tired. It was always a hassle but I overcame that. I soon then realized I was a rapid learner.

After watching the video by Emilie Wapnick , I realized and understood that I am an Ideal synthesis. I have many different task I love to do and I honestly get bored with just one job. Even though it can be hard at times I was taught to never fold under pressure and to get it by any means. The events in my life that made me realize that I am an ideal synthesis is the fact of me being employed since the age of 15. I knew I had many other passions such as cheering, doing hair, and talking in front of people but, money is the motive. Watching this video made me realize a lot. Every time you hear the word "can't" it should be took as an challenge therefore, I am an Ideal Synthesis

"Every time you hear the word 'can't' it should be taken as a challenge." This is really what drives me to do the things that I do. I want to be underestimated so I have more enjoyment from blowing everyone out of the water.

I agree with this because can't should never be apart of someone's thinking because everyone can do something productive. The only way you can't do something is if you yourself say you cant

Hearing the word "can't" makes you want to challenge yourself. So I do agree to that. You shouldn't just give up because you think you can't do it.

While watching, I realized that I am a rapid learner. Although I am often times a bit skeptical about what it is my heart draws me to. I always want to try something different, even if that means I am not successful. I want to learn and do as much as I can because I want to be well versed in many things. I don't see it as being a bad thing, I love to find ways to integrate things I have learned into new situations or skills. I wanted to wrestle (because people said I wouldn't be good) because I knew it would help me in becoming now agile and tactical. I started later than most, but by the end of the season, I knew I had become better. I'm not sure if I'm on the right track, but being knowledgeable of so many things has helped me at least pick a path.

When you hear can't ,it should create a drive of determination to prove that person wrong. Can't is jus a just a distraction to try to keep you from going foward

After watching TED Talk . I realized that I'm actually a Rapid Learner and adaptability. First say I'm a Rapid Learner because I can learn fast if I'm focused. Also Adaptablitiy because I can adapt to any situation . I learn from the video that you don't have be stuck to one thing to be successful . More thing you know the better . You never know what you do that can help you later on down the line and your life . A lot times you would be underestimated but if it's something you wanna do you going to drive and push your self to do it any means

I am a ideal synthesis. I love doing different things but I get so bored so I move on .I found that out when I had 5 jobs in 1 year and I never felt comfortable with none of but I love the money . I'll keep going until I find the right fit even now in looking for a new job . I love to experience different things and when I get bored I move on from it because of me learning everything there

After watching the video, I have realized I have the "super power " of adaptibility. Whatever my surroundings need I can fulfil. Whether that be a leader or the sweet encouragement, I can be both. Around freshman year, I became the person people talked to because they knew I would give them what they need . With one person I would have a soft approach the other not so much. Then I realized I should be a psychologist of some kind.

I agree with keiara , because through my up and downs ,it takes time to have a super power. You have to learn more about yourself and grow as a human being.I have to adjust and adapt to what society throws at me.Adapting to society could be a bit tough, but it all takes time.

While I was watching the video I learned that I am a rapid learner. When I find something intersecting and I want to learn more about it, I am determine to find out everything about the subject. I will watch every video or try to read up on it. The moment I find out I had a purpose was when I was a Junior in high school I needed a job and my mom wouldn't let me get one because she thought I wasn't going to be able to focus on my school work. I prove her wrong now I have a job and I'm still doing my school work.

During this video I learn to realize that my "Super power " is more of adaptability I've learned to adjust and adapt to any situation that is given to me then to be left behind and fall. Just like at my job when I was given a different position than I was used to , At that point I realize I couldn't be afraid to mess up or even get promoted I learn to adjust to that better opportunity

After watching the Ted Talk video I realized that my power was adaptability. I first realized my purpose when I moved from Lancaster to redoak without any heads up. As soon as I walked in my first class students began speaking and trying to become my friend . Before all of the great greeting the teacher asked me to introduce my self and I was able to do so with out any hesitation. From that moment on Ik that my purpose was to become a people's person, guiding people to the right path .

Due to my inner reflection on my characteristics I realized I have the power of adaptability. I'm able to work with what I have by any means. The moment I discovered my purpose is still a mystery because there are many things I want to be involved with, just don't how to achieve all things. I haven't had the moment where I truly relized my calling, where i can truly say this is something I want to do for the rest of my life and be content. There's a saying hero are made not born and well I figured I haven't been created or shaped for my purpose .

We both have the power of adaptability and share the same thoughts. Though we don't know the direct source of our calling, or deeper purpose, we both recognize that in any situation we just want to be content.

My multipotentialite superpower, is the adaptability trait. With all honesty,I realized I had this trait,is when I got a lc on my U.I.L solo competition. Which made me think that, I am a good athlete, coral singer, and a scholar student. In fact, the differences ,experiments and goals of my life, have led me to know that my deeper purpose in life is to be a great leader. With the faith I have ,I will guide others through challenges and help them to know that ,without God nothing is possible.A quote by Albert Schweitzer,"The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others."

After watching TEDtalk and understanding the three Multipotentialite Super Powers, I realized mine is adaptability. As I listened to Emilie defining what adaptability is, I recalled all the times I adapted based on the environment I was in. In times my younger sisters needed a role model, a teacher or a leader, I became just that. I've had jobs in fast food, manufacturing businesses and in retail, all of which seem unrelated, but the skills I've learned from each job help me adapt better to the next. I believe that everyone should follow their wiring, multipotentialite or not, because it will help them guide to their true selves. Since I want to work for an environment that is ever changing, I'm not sure what my deeper purpose could be other than to be happy with what I'm doing.

If I find something that is very interesting to learn, then nothing can stop me from learning it. I can learn anything if I just put my mind to it.
