Education is very significant. Without it, options and possibilities are limited. I wouldn't want to not be able to achieve something because I didn't acquire an education. Therefore, I am not educated, which seems utterly repugnant to me.

Phillip Scisney

I agree that education is the key of life. Education revolves around every human and it plays a big part also in how you live your life. With out education, there wouldn't be anything that we have in the world today. Options and other stuff apply to having an education like school, getting a job, and running a family. So yes. I strongly agree that education is much so needed.

Jamaro Blue
4/12/2014 01:55:33 am

I agree with because education is the key to life, and education is knowledge and knowledge is power and power can be used to influence a generation.

Shanetria Robinson
4/8/2014 10:46:13 pm

This quote is true, education is important because without education some people wouldn't have a good paying job. You need education to let us know what we doing in our everyday life. Many of us have education so we can get ready for the real world. Humans come to school to learn not to play. Education is nothing to play with

Zaria brown

I agree because without education we wouldn't know all the dos and don'ts throughout life

Fabian Mendez

I agree with your post Shanetria Robinson. Life has alot of surprises and we need to get ready for them and have a good plan.

The quote "Education is the most powerful weapon in which you can change the world" is simply true because without the knowledge of knowing you will not know to make a change ....

simone frazier, xavier roberts

The knowledge of knowing what exactly? Plenty of people from generations before us made a difference without knowing much.

david moreno

Great way to put. Without education the whole world would be underdeveloped.

Sylvia Richardson

I beileve that having an education is a powerful weapon. Education does not stop with high school.  I feel I would need to further my education by attending college. With a college education, you can set many goals and it is the hammer that is needed to conquer the world.  Having an education is like being the unreasonable man in the quote by George Shaw. Having an education will provide the skills needed to make the world adapt to you and not you adapt to the world.   It is a challenge that will help you change things within yourself and in the community.  I believe college is a necessity needed to enter into the work force.  Many high paying and respectable jobs will not hire an individual if they do not have more than a high school diploma.  Having an education will prepare you for many opportunities that lie ahead after high school.

Alexandra Guevara
4/12/2014 03:24:29 am

Yes, I totally agree with you Sylvia. The more education you get , the better. Education has no limits. You have go beyond in other to life in a bigger world of knowledge. Your educations does not stop after finishing school. You will gain knowledge of your everyday life.

simine frazier
4/10/2014 12:41:23 pm

I believe it doesnt matter if you have a good education or not anyone with a great enough mindset anyone can change the world. However in order to move up in the business world most places require an higher education.

Vernell Newman
4/10/2014 12:53:04 pm

Yes education is a very powerful because without education were would we be on the street its important to know how to read write and count... With out reading we will really get messed over and with out math cause they will cheat us not only at reading but counting our money

NaShonte Lewis
4/10/2014 03:49:12 pm

I agree, education rules the world. You have to have education even to get a job. Some employers don't hire people who don't a degree, let alone, a diploma.

Lataria burns
4/11/2014 07:41:59 pm

Yes this is true because most jobs you have to at least graduate high school. And most jobs want you to have some type of college degree.

Tia Lay
4/12/2014 12:25:58 am

I agree with you because without some education we wouldn't have as much as we do now.

Nadeja Dews link
4/10/2014 02:57:09 pm

I defend and challenge this quote because education is a powerful thing , but you dont have to be so educated to change the world. Anyone doing anything can change the world. Education is a very important , yet powerful thing.

James Roberson
4/10/2014 08:24:38 pm

Exactly! Ms. Dews is correct. Not having an education doesn't mean you can't make a difference, but having an education would just assist you in changing the world.

James Roberson
4/10/2014 08:16:12 pm

Nelson Mandela understood that with an education you could be twice as lethal. The power of education gives you the lead because the more knowledge you attain, then the more opportunities you have to go further ton also change the world.

Anastacio Carrillo
4/11/2014 07:58:09 pm

I agree because more opportunities for you to accomplish what you want are given when you have more knowledge or talents

Derek Darden
4/10/2014 11:02:01 pm

The education is the most best thing for everyone to have when it comes to stuff like powerful things people can have and enjoy, letting people having a world of their own, making money at each time on whatever kind of job that people do,and skills of a opportunities and smart thinkings of their job educations.

Abrasia Smith
4/10/2014 11:37:26 pm

The quote "Education is the most powerful weapon in which you can change the world"  this statement is true and need to be heard by many people. Education is the key to success. I was told to never stop learning don't even stop learning after college because its beautiful to learn something new everyday. Once you are very educated you believe you can acheive any obstacle.

david moreno
4/11/2014 01:54:06 pm

Nelson mandela understood that with great change in the world. People would need to be educatiedt in order to change the world

Chequesne Abbs
4/11/2014 02:32:22 pm

What i think this statement is saying is that when you are educated you are capable to change the world with your innovative creative mind and can discover something that someone needs or make the world a better place.

Lataria Burns
4/11/2014 07:35:51 pm

Education is the key to everything. Yes this statement is true because without education you most likely won't have a good future.

Zaria Brown
4/11/2014 07:41:13 pm

This quote is so true ..without education your not going to go far ! These days to atleast get a job you have to have a high school diploma, and if you really want to be successful education is everything!

Anastacio Carrillo
4/11/2014 07:55:22 pm

I agree with the quote "Education is the most powerful weapon in which you can change the world." Because education is the knowledge that you've learned over your life time, and without it you wouldn't get far in life to accomplish anything major

Antoinette Traylor
4/12/2014 12:04:51 am

Education is the most powerful weapon you could ever hold a man with a brain and the will to show it to posses it is the most powerfully of all I agree 100 % with Nelson Mandela his weapon is stronger than any bullites the knowledge he hold is greatness

Aiyzasha Poole
4/12/2014 12:06:14 am

Education is everything and more in this beautiful, yet cruel and sinful world of ours. Education is indeed a valuable weapon and the one who holds it has nothing but great possibilities ahead of them. With education the sky is the limit.

Olivia Thomas
4/12/2014 12:09:59 am

I am pretty sure that most of my fellow peers defend this assertion. Education is the key to everything. Without an education you will not make it far in life. Some jobs dont require an education, but how long will you last in that uneducated job last. Most jobs do require you to get your high school diploma and getting your diploma is apart of an education. If you want to go further in life you, you need to go further in your education.

Lydia Poole
4/12/2014 12:13:32 am

This statement is saying that without education you have nothing. In todays world you need more than an high school diploma to even get a good paying job. Also if you want something in this world you got to have the knowledge. Knowlege is the key to succes.

Luis Zuniga
4/12/2014 12:16:03 am

I agree with the quote because, without education you can't change anything. First you need the knowledge to things. Over the years of school you gain the knowledge to read and write. Education can change many things in world. Which is your strongest weapon you can have.

Tia Lay
4/12/2014 12:34:20 am

Education is very important. Without it most of the things we have now would not be possible. Today's jobs take more to get them. Education is a very powerful thing. Many people do not realize how far they can go with an education.

Shermaria Williams
4/12/2014 01:04:01 am

This is extremely true. Even if you want to get a job at McDonalds you at least have to have a high school diploma.

Shermaria Williams
4/12/2014 01:01:40 am

In order to be successful in life, you must first have some type of education. You can not expect to make it far without gaining the necessary knowledge to do so.

Monserrat Aguilera
4/12/2014 01:12:57 am

Education is a powerful weapon in which you can change the world because it would reduce poverty, prevent death and illness, eliminate gender inequality, and foster peace. Education is used in different nations to maintain economic competitiveness and global prosperity.

Devante' Dickerson
4/12/2014 01:17:17 am

First off r.i.p Nelson Mandela, after reading the quote i agree with Mr. Mandela because education is the golden key to success and without it you could be surely out of luck.

Jamaro Blue
4/12/2014 01:52:00 am

I agree because education provides a person with the knowledge that is needed to affect change. An educated person is likely to identify problems, an educated person is also more likely to identify solutions. People from underprivileged backgrounds must rely on education in order to become successful. In order to make positive changes in this world a person must be educated.

Michael Davis-Gay
4/12/2014 02:10:23 am

Education is the key to life because education is ohe thing man can never tame away from you. Education brings every thing you need in life to succeed.education has changed the world before and it will continue too

Darrian Bryant
4/12/2014 02:48:06 am

I agree with Nelson Mandela's quote. Education is very important to anyone's future. Without it, the opportunities are limited.

Alexandra Guevara
4/12/2014 03:11:11 am

"Education is the most powerful weapon in which you can change the world",This statement is very true. Education gives us a knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better. It develops in us a perspective of looking at life. It helps us build opinions and have points of view on things in life. People debate over the subject of whether education is the only thing that gives knowledge. Education is the process of gaining information about the surrounding world while knowledge is something very different,But then again, information cannot be converted into knowledge without education. Education makes us capable of interpreting things, among other things. It is not just about lessons in textbooks. It is about the lessons of life.

Jacquetta Cannon
4/12/2014 03:51:29 am

I agree with the quote but to change the world it takes a lot more than just education. Education is just the start but common sense and hard work is the rest of what it will take. But indeed it is the most important aspect.

Fabian Mendez
4/12/2014 04:23:52 am

I defend this assertion .This is because education is a way in witch people learn and use the information in order to discover something or create something. When being able to create something it can help people by making their lives much more easier. For example the automobile it helps people get around to places more faster than by walking, running or riding a bike.

Angel Baskin
4/12/2014 04:39:53 am

I Agree with this quote and everyone else who said they agree with it. A man with knowledge is a powerful man, a person with an education can start a revolution or become a greater power. This person alone is a valuable aspect in life, because there are very few who challenge education with questions and look for the answers to gain a greater knowledge. So the seldom few are the ones who have the power to change the world.

Deionesha Williams
4/12/2014 04:43:13 am

Education is the most powerful thing you can have. Without education your like a door knob with no door, useless. Knowledge is power and when you have power you are able to understand things people may think you don't and not played for a fool.

Rodrick Skinner
4/12/2014 04:53:23 am

Knowledge is the biggest weapon known to man because a smart man can do so many thing with out even trying because he already know how to do it as far as a woman they come into the world with knowledge because they go through more thing then we do so they (the women) already have a study plan for what they going to do
