Could having unlimited amount of money make you happy? Will buying shoes, clothes, or the latest trends possibly make anyone happy?
I think the answer is both yes and no. At first yes, anyone would be happy, for a while that is. But in the end, it is just material stuff, and that can't make anyone happy longer than a week. People have become greedy and selfish because of money. The saddest part of it all is that, the people that have the possibility to help others and stop animal cruelty don't. I have never understood how being rich could be someone's dream, if in the end, those people won't do anything productive with it. No good could come from money.

I agree with you to a certain extinct. I feel having a unlimited supply of money will never make you happy. I say this because the things in life that make your life meaningful like love, family, or connecting with God can not be bought. You cherish those things and it molds you into successful person.

Sorry if I affend anyone by using the term God.

Yes in fact this is true, the most wealthiest people are not the happiest .money can not buy your happiness only materialistic items, that can not feel the void in your heart .

I kind of disagree with your statement. Not all the people who are wealthy are greedy and selfish. Lots of people with money donate thousands of dollars to different charities. I also disagree with your statement because people have to be productive to get that money. Good can come from money, it just depends on the person.

I can agree that money cant buy happiness, but money can hypnotize people into being around you. And yu will soon realize they arent your friends. And money is the root of all evil.So thoes friends will back stab yu to get what they want.

I think that having a unlimited supply of money does not give one happiness. Maybe to certain extent but never true happines . The reason that i say this, is because people can be middle class and have happiness. Having a family and being sheltered in a warm place is what brings the most happiness. I quote " There are some things money can't buy." Money can't buy a family or happiness.

I somewhat disagree it's based of your priorities. In some people's case money can make you happy because they've probably been without money barely surving so money can make them happy by solving any common problems. I think it's just how you came up and what you're used to and your preference everyone has a different story.

I completely agree with you. Some things are priceless. Their are many low class families that don't have much money but are still happy.

What you have said is true, money can not buy happiness. However I feel that having enough money, not filthy rich, can help you make simple loving memories. Like vacations or going out and having a party with things you've bought.

I think that having an unlimited supply of money can not give or buy you happiness. Money can only buy things that make you happy but in reality money does not buy you true happiness. The reason I say this is because money can buy you things for a certain amount of time but time isnt unlimited. The things that truly bring you happiness is having a family and a place to live and money can only buy you a place to live not a family.

I agree with the point of which you said buying something can only make you happy for a certain amount of time, because as time passes you will get bored of one thing and go to the next. This will only lead to an endless cycle that will never make you truly happy. You can never truly be permanently happy without love and family.

Indeed, money really can not buy you happiness. That is so true, because only money can buy happiness at that certain time when you wanted a certain shirt or shoes. I do agree that having a family and a place to live can be the only true experience to happiness. With all honesty, that is the only thing money can do,is just to help you buy stuff. For conclusion, money really cannot buy happiness, because their are a lot of celebrities who committed suicide due to depression.

I think that having an unlimited supply of money actually affects the way you pursue life ,and your values people that often can get everything they want. Dont have any drive in them, or demeanor because anything they want is at their fingertips. Having an unlimited amount of money can have a very bad effect of people.

I believe that having an unlimited supply of money can buy happiness based on your situation. If you give a homeless man a million dollars, he'll most likely jump for joy. Also, living comfortably without financial worries, being able to take care of yourself and your family sounds like true happiness, in my opinion. Being able to have the option to give back to the community and to the world by donating sounds like true happines. I believe that it's what you do with that money that can give genuine happiness.

I somewhat agree with you, based on a situation it can provide happiness. Someone could be completely depressed but have a lot of money. Its purely based on the situation.

In my opinion, money can buy happiness. You will have all your dreams come true at the snap of a finger. Who wouldn't want that? As long as you remember where you came from and don't let the money get to your head their shouldn't be a problem. Your happiness depends on your choices.

Unlimited money does not always meen happiness. You could be lonely, unhealthy, and despised and still have a lot of money. Happiness is being surrounded by the ones you love, and ones that love you, and money is just a plus. A huge mansion and nice clothes don't mean anything if you don't have people to share it with.

I think an unlimited amount of money can make you happy to a certain extent. When you have an unlimited supply of money, you don't have to worry about pay bills or if you have food in the fridge, you can just relax. People with a lot of money can get what they want when they want, which can make them happy. However money isn't everything. People that don't have family and love in there life can never truly be happy.

Having a unlimited supply of money, to a certain extent, can make you happy. For instance, when you buy clothes or things you like, it makes you happy. However, that is not always the case, because people with unlimited supply of money are not not happy. For example, Robin Williams,a famous actor, committed suicide by depression and is was worth 50 million dollars. On the other hand, a family in the middle class, making a regular pay check once a month, they can appear happy because they are surrounded by a loving family that they can come to. For conclusion, money really can't make you happy.

I disagree money can't buy happiness but happiness can get you money. Money can help provide the opportunities to have more choice in the time and energy we have. The fact that we know that money cant buy happiness doesn't help some. Spending money on more expensive items is a short term. Its perceived by many that have more money can help in creating this life
