I agree with this statement. What it means is that mistakes are to make a person advance into better decisions,The more you deny your mistakes the longer it is to overcome it. Once you realize that mistakes are meant to be made, knowledge will flow through like its normal.

I agree with Daniel because mistakes makes a person decision more wiser and smarter because they already been through the situation before

I agree with wells plenty of people learn from there mistakes. I feel like that's how u grow as a person.

I agree with Daniel because mistakes are only a self guidence to success

I agree mistakes do make a person advance into better decisions. If you don't make mistakes you won't learn. People learn from their mistakes they are made to be made.

Joe Dabney

I agree with Daniel because it is very true that the longer you deny your mistakes the longer it's going to take for you too get something right.

I agree with the text ,because in a way we make mistakes only to learn from them. Also, I feel like a person may benefit more makeing mistakes than getting it right the first time. Others may also benefit from your mistakes, just by you admitting you made one.

I Agree with kip sometimes you have t let go your pride in order to move forward.owning up to your mistakes helps you not anyone else. Why not do something that benefits you?

I agree because, you have to learn from your mistakes. if you don't learn from your mistakes how would you learn from them? making mistakes can influence you to do better the next time.

La'Darius Wells
1/21/2015 11:46:06 pm

I agree with the statement because how u going to learn something if u don't get it wrong, mistakes are good ways for you to learn how to do it better the first time you did it and if u don't own up to your mistakes your never going to correct it

Alex Bennett

I agree with wells because your going to make mistakes. You have to learn what not to do so you want make the same mistake twice.

Eboni Davis
1/21/2015 11:55:01 pm

This notion is true because we now live in a world where mistakes are considered detrimental if they are not addressed and soon changed. We can learn to live from mistakes because mistakes just tell you what you can do in future reference to avoid failure. Denying your mistake is like denying you success , pointless. They are here to help you improve and succeed, not stay the same and fail.

Brittany
1/23/2015 02:48:39 am

I agree with Ebony for the fact of denying your mistakes can deny you from success. Not only that but you can't reflect on your self to become even better than before.

Hakkius Smith

This notion is true because the more mistakes you make, the more you begin to learn. If you deny making mistakes then you're just making it less that you learn.

Nikolas lewis
1/22/2015 08:56:30 am

I agree with Hakkius because you can't learn from something you don't think you are doing. As soon as you can accept your mistakes you would learn to understand why it is s mistake and why why you shouldn't make it. In that way you would be much wiser and learn more everyday that's why I agree.

Alex Bennett

I agree with this statement. There's also another way this can be said, Trial and Error. If you keep doing things WRONG over and over again, isolate what's WRONG and dont do THAT. Then you might get it right.

Angelica Silas link
1/23/2015 01:11:43 am

I agree with you. I also like the relation to trial and error. It makes a lot of sense. Just make sure while your in the process you actually learn what not to do the next time you try.

T'Anna Smith

This perception is true, there's a saying that you learn from your mistakes and I completely agree. If you continue to rebut the mistakes you make then you won't have time to learn or get pass them. Mistakes are meant to be made.

I solidly agree with this statement. Everyone makes mistakes. Being in denial about them only makes your feel better because you know you were initially wrong in the first place. Confessing your mistakes and more importantly learning from them makes you wise because your learning what not to next time.

This statement is true . When somebody makes mistakes is suppose to be to enhance the person . Make them better for future so they won't make the mistake again . If they are constantly denying their mistakes then they will never learn from it .

Emmanuel Shabazz link

It's true because when you accept your mistakes then next time you will know how to handle the situation. Learning from your mistakes can make you a better person.

Joe Dabney
1/23/2015 02:14:53 am

I strongly agree with that statement. The greatest things can be learned from just simply making mistakes. If you constantly live in denial of all mistakes you have made you will never learn something that could be essential to your life. Therefore don't be ashamed to take responsibility for your mistakes, embrace the mistakes you have made because it will teach you a valuable lesson that can also be shared with someone else to keep them from going down the wrong path.

Brittany
1/23/2015 02:36:40 am

I agree with this statement because if you're in clear view of your mistakes and not acknowledging them ; it can disable you from succeeding and let alone fixing what's wrong. We should all take our mistakes and make them into something positive.

Domenic Brown
1/23/2015 05:58:17 am

I agree with this statement. Mistakes are there to help the development for an individual. Like the saying goes 'denial is more than a river in Egypt'. By denying ones mistakes you are deleting the inevitable and stopping your growth as a person and learn from your mistakes.

Jocabed Cuevas
1/23/2015 12:00:40 pm

I completely agree with Domenic. If one refuses to admit they're mistakes, then as a person you can't grow it will lead you to the same old mistakes every time. You will not be able to fix what went wrong not only that, but it can cause one to loose friendships and relationships because they are too proud to admit anything at all.

Jamare Williams p5
1/23/2015 05:59:43 am

Mistake are apart of life. We make mistakes everyday. There are people who make plenty of mistake everyday weather they are little or small. But if you keep making the same ones over and over you will never grow as a person

Monte' Gooden

I agree with Jamare. Growing as a person is the only positive way to develop. After you have admitted the problem, you will start becoming a more trustworthy person.

Monte' Gooden

Mistakes are apart of life, and those who learn from them become a better person overall. Only those who don't evolve will be stuck in the same struggling position.

Taylor Dilworth

I Agree With Monte . Mistakes Are Going To Happen But We Are Not Perfect But Mistakes Are A Growth Not Made To Be Something To Be Ashamed Of.

Johnny Johnson

Shaniah jones

I agree with this notion because everyday we make mistakes as human beings. We are to learn from those mistakes to learn lessons. Lessons which help us become a better person. No one should be in position to say that they never made a mistake before. No one is perfect.

Yeradi Tonche
1/23/2015 02:35:18 pm

I agree with Cinthya , since we do learn lessons from our mistakes which helps us become better persons. It also helps us not to make the same mistakes over and over again. Nobody is perfect like Cinthya said and yes everybody makes mistakes , mistakes that we learn from everyday .

LaDalvin Wilson
1/23/2015 09:00:44 am

I agree with this statement because nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes it only take a bigger person to admit the mistake that was made and learn from it

Kenneth Atkins
1/23/2015 09:32:36 am

That's right because People learn from there mistakes an it make them a better person later on. Just like as you grow u make mistakes but as u get older u learn.

Mistakes is all about living life. No one was brought into the world knowing what and what not to do. Everything you do is a life learning experience. Embrace your mistakes & don't focus on the negative and try to make more positive outcomes.

Eric Sims
1/23/2015 09:26:07 am

I agree with this statement. Admitting to ones mistakes will only teach and help develop from them. Nobody is perfect so everyone makes them. Denying a mistake may only lead them into the same mistake they've made before.

Michaela Johnson
1/23/2015 02:32:58 pm

I agree with Eric. If someone can't face to mistakes they made and fix it. They're eventually gonna make the same mistake again, and the cycle will just repeat itself.

Kenneth Atkins
1/23/2015 09:26:46 am

It's true because lien and denying everything gets you in an even worse situation. It takes a mature person to own up to what they've done and can look back an Learn from it.

Eric Sims
1/23/2015 09:32:58 am

Shaniah is correct. They cannot be avoided. If you learn to embrace your mistakes it'll do you better In the future. All through life you will make mistakes.

Jocabed Cuevas
1/23/2015 11:38:24 am

The notion is very true. It is always important to not only admit your mistakes but to also learn from them. As many people have said before, "no one is perfect." Denying the fact that you have done something wrong will not make you any better than the person next to you. If you are not humble enough to admit your wrongs then as a person you can never grow no matter how many rights you've done.

Michaela Johnson
1/23/2015 02:31:02 pm

I agree with Jocabed. It's impossible to grow as a person if one can't face the mistakes thats holding them back.

Hector Castillo
1/23/2015 03:36:27 pm

Jocabed is right, without being able to see what mistakes you have done you won't be able to learn great things. If you keep denying you wont be able to get better and cause you not grow from the experience.

I agree with this statement because if you learn from your faults it teaches you not to make those mistakes over and over again. Denying your faults is only causing you to be blind from the greater things that can make you a better person life."Even a mistake may turn out to be the one thing necessary to a worthwhile achievement"-Henry Ford.

Michaela Johnson
1/23/2015 02:29:13 pm

I agree with this statement. A good example would be when people go to rehab. The first thing they are asked to do is state their name and admit their addiction. So that they are no longer in denial about the mistakes they made in order to progress towards their succes. No one can improve if they're in denial about what's wtong and the mistakes they made to hold them back.

Yeradi Tonche
1/23/2015 02:31:39 pm

Yes I do belive this notion is true , since learning from your mistakes can make you better person. You can learn so many things from your mistakes , but as long as your denying your actions and not wanting to accept your mistake can be disappointing. You will keep doing the same mistakes , you will always end up in the same place as before. So yes, you can learn from your mistakes especially if you understand them and accept them

Gabriela zavala
1/23/2015 03:31:35 pm

I agree with Yeradi's statement! You have to acknowledge the fact that you made a mistake in order to learn from them. You can't grow if you don't make mistakes, that's hoemwe learn and mature.

I do agree with the quote because a person would be better off learning not to make the same mistake for a future reference, not only that but when you deny and continue to deny you'll never learn what it feels like to be open with yourself and then begin to feel like denying everything will make the situation better.

Zah'Nae Davis
1/23/2015 02:53:16 pm

I Strongly agree with the quote. Accepting is the first step to a lesson learn. One can not learn from a mistake by denying it. By denying you see no mistake, which makes you continue to do wrong . Accept the fact your actions are wrong, makes you analysis what you did so the next time the same mistake won't be made.

Shannon Simpson 2nd period

Zah'Nae Davis

I Agree with Michela, rehab was great example. They make you state your reason on being there, with that you are no longer in denial. You have identified there is indeed a problem, and also accepting it to be a mistake.

jasmin Mallory
1/23/2015 03:02:23 pm

Learning from you mistakes would help you in a major way. If you don't make mistakes then you will never learn from them, you will never know right from wrong. Mistakes help you grow as a person.

ronnie oneal
1/23/2015 03:23:00 pm

I agree with jasmin, if your to worried trying to deny the fact you made a mistake, youll never learn. You have to sit back and think how can you better youself.

Gabriela Zavala
1/23/2015 03:28:49 pm

I completely agree with this notion. In order to learn from your mistakes, you have to acknowledge the fact that you made a mistake in the first place. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes, but it's our job to learn from them. If you deny doing things wrong, then you'll never learn from your mistakes. If you learn from them you won't make the same mistakes, you'll be smarter and wiser.

Hector Castillo
1/23/2015 03:33:05 pm

What I am getting from the quote is if you deny your mistakes you won't be able to confront and fixed them. Being able to fix your mistakes well help you learn better for yourself and make you better at what you are doing. So you have to face mistakes head on to get something great from them.

Taylor Terry
1/23/2015 03:34:52 pm

I agree so much with this quote, which I feel is amazing advice. In life we will make many mistakes and there will be sometimes that those mistakes create a chain reaction that can affect our entir life. As humans we are not perfect, so instead of hiding or denying our mistakes we should embrace them and learn the lessons we were supposed to receive from them. Mistakes are healthy for learning.
