This is a platform for educators who teach Advanced Academics English and Writing courses to peek and pack away as many resources as you need in order to be successful in your classroom and with your students!

Our three core values (LIT) are the foundation of our culture and our work, and include:
 
  • Literacy. Every student should have equal access to quality, classic, modern, contemporary and diverse literature and writing resources.
 
  • Inclusiveness. We advocate for students and teachers in vulnerable populations. We teach the whole child, despite the lifestyle, always and all ways.
 
  • Teacher/Student Collaboration. Providing varied perspectives by collaborating with teachers and students around the globe is the best way to shape worldviews in all stakeholders.

Advanced Academics Boot Camps

We support Advanced Academics Students AND teachers!
Teachers, you attend many workshops that provide awesome teaching tools. However, just because you are given the tools does not mean you automatically know how to use them, right?

As a solution, we developed an Advanced Academics Teacher Boot Camp just for you! We want to help teachers find success in the Advanced Academics classroom!

You already know what to teach. We are here to help you learn how to effectively prepare Advanced Academics students for a growth mindset, critical thinking, higher-level writing, better reading engagement, global mindedness, college and career readiness, and confidence that you have adequately prepared them for high-stakes exams!

All over the world, high school teachers want to make sure that their students are being adequately prepared for college-level courses, especially English courses!

In order to do so, we invite college professors and instructors to complete the College & Career Readiness Wish List to the right to share what you would like incoming college freshmen to know once they enter your college level English course.

That way, high school English teachers can develop vertically aligned lessons to parallel what you need them to know.

Unadulterated Conversations. Plain and simple. The Peek & Pack Cafe is an online platform that connects teachers around the world to share challenges, experiences, perspectives, ideas, lessons, laughs, tears, sighs, moans, sillies, willies, news and notes about the teaching industry.

Each week, teachers will be able to hang out with us on social media and also share resources, participate in discussions about strategies, lessons, plans, "teacher stuff" and more!
