PBL Projects - Final Assignment
TIGERS GATE PRODUCTION & FILM believes that a person’s civil rights is a fundamental human right. For years, we have collaborated with other companies and organizations that are committed to making a difference in the world around us. These companies and organizations have selflessly helped us meet our vision and mission through film.
Recently, one of our benefactors pledged $100 million and a Hollywood-style film festival for an independent film company to create a provocative documentary that brings to light an underserved social or political issue that needs to be advocated for in America. The number of people whose voices have been silenced because they have no one to “scream” for them is staggering.
Now, we need you! There is so much work to be done. As a long-time admirer of the outstanding work that your company or organization has done in your community, we particularly enjoyed having the opportunity at various exhibitions, galas and other events to see how you function from the inside. Therefore, we are currently soliciting proposals to compete for the above-mentioned grant to see how, together, we can make a change.
Our representatives will be visiting your campus, May 12th to evaluate your proposal, and to determine how we will allocate our philanthropic award. To compete for the award, in your pitch, we expect you to meet some strict guidelines. This correspondence outlines the complete scope of work, including objectives, procedures and identification of responsibilities.

Your short film must identify the problem you will address, explain your solution and provide a detailed justification for how you will allocate the "funds" to produce your documentary.
